Creating Depth and Dimension in you Silk Art
In this online class you will explore composition, dimension, depth and texture as a way to add interest to your silk art. We will start with an already painted silk piece that we will rework using many techniques to apply it to a canvas and really make it special. Gold leaf will be a part of the process.

Silk Painting from Beginning to End
In this class, you will learn all basics. Explore gutta, salt, shibori, and hot wax techniques. All experience levels are welcome.
You’ll learn how to stiffen and sculpt silk, and also how to mount silk onto canvas for display. You will come away with a variety of 100% silk items including scarves, a painting, and a 3D sculptural piece!
